Does Coachex replace a mentor?
No. Coachex is a shared workspace for businesses and their mentors. AI helps with analysis and recommendations; actions that require approval are reviewed by a mentor before they are activated.
How does the AI assistant help?
It can review authorised project information, help analyse the business assessment, suggest next steps and analyse meeting notes or audio. Suggestions can be reviewed, edited and approved.
Can I work without AI?
Yes. Tasks, checklists, progress reports, files, meetings and roadmaps can all be managed through the interface. The assistant offers an additional way to help with this work.
Who can access my business information?
Access depends on the role and project. Clients access their own records, mentors access assigned projects and administrators have management access.
How do I get an account?
The EBC team creates business accounts and assigns mentor access. Start with the introductory form or contact us to discuss working together.
